Kiran Karnik and Dr. N Balasubramanian to join Aujas Board of Directors
Bangalore, September 09 – Aujas a pure-play digital security service provider announced the joining of Kiran Karnik and Dr. N Balasubramaniam as the Directors on the Board of Aujas Networks.

Kiran Karnik would serve as a non-executive Chairman on the board of Aujas. In his career of almost four decades Kiran has played leading and pivotal roles in ISRO, Discovery Network and NASSCOM. He spent six years in NASSCOM and was awarded the Padma Shri (bestowed by the Government of India for distinguished service) in 2007, recognized as ‘DATAQUEST IT Person of the Year – 2005’, named as one of the ‘Stars of Asia’ in 2004 by Business Week and selected as Forbes Magazine’s ‘Face of the Year 2003’, for being a driving force behind India’s offshoring wave.

Dr. N Balasubramanian is joining Aujas as an Independent Director. He is a widely respected academic, practitioner and author in the field of Corporate Governance. He is currently a Visiting Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM-B) and besides teaching courses on corporate governance and business ethics, designs and directs training programs in corporate governance and related fields for board level participants.
